Iced Caffe Latte is actually very simple to make if you have an espresso machine at home. I don’t have the machine, but I have a CBTL’s coffee brewer that can also brew espresso using a capsule. It tastes awesome and the machine is very inexpensive. So it takes me less than 5 minutes to make a perfect cup of iced Caffee Latte from home. - 1 espresso (or make it 2)
- 6 oz cold milk (or as much as you like)
- coffee ice cubes
- syrups as needed
Pour your favorite milk in to a glass cup. When your espresso is ready, pour it in the cup. Please note that coffee ice cubes are not added yet. You will be putting them the last, otherwise, the espresso will dilute. In order to maintain the integrity of the taste of the espresso, use milk first, then espresso.
You may be tempted to use foamed milk on your iced coffee, but it’s not going to taste good. If you still want to try, go ahead :)
Lastly, add syrup or sweeteners as needed. I personally like to use Truvia and caramel syrup.
