Frosted Mocha – Easy!

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 pint of softened vanilla ice cream
  • 6 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup prepared cold coffee

Serves 4

  1. Place hot coffee and chocolate syrup in a blender container.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Pour into a medium bowl.
  5. Add softened ice cream and cold coffee.
  6. With a rotary beater, beat until smooth.
  7. Spoon into tall glasses, and serve immediately.
