Frappe Coffee
Frappe coffee is a cold coffee that is popular in European bistros and coffee houses.
• 1-2 teaspoons instant coffee
• Sugar to taste
• Water
• Ice Cubes
• Milk
Add instant coffee, sugar, water and ice cubes to shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into fluted glass. Top should be frothed. Add milk to taste. This is a fun recipe because you can increase or decrease any of the ingredients to suit your tastes.
